Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in supporting local and national economic growth. This study aims to analyze the MSME development strategy in order to improve the community's economy in Tanjunganom District, Nganjuk Regency. The method used involves a qualitative approach with interview techniques, observation, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the main challenges faced by MSMEs in this area include limited access to capital, low managerial skills, and lack of technology utilization. The proposed strategies include: (1) increasing access to financing through partnerships with financial institutions; (2) digital-based management and marketing training; (3) strengthening collaboration between the government, business actors, and local communities; and (4) optimizing the use of e-commerce platforms to expand market reach. The implementation of this strategy is expected to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs, open up new jobs, and encourage economic growth in the community in Tanjunganom District, Nganjuk Regency
