Abstract

The decision-making process objectively and measurably based on a set of predetermined criteria. This research aims to develop a decision support system capable of providing recommendations for the best employees at PT. Satria Antaran Prima using the Simple Additive Weighting method. This system evaluates employee performance based on several criteria such as attendance, discipline, productivity, cooperation, and responsibility. Data is obtained through performance evaluations, interviews with human resource managers, and the results of the company's routine assessments. The calculation process is carried out by weighting each criterion and normalizing the data using the SAW method to determine the highest total score as an indicator of the best employee. The research results indicate that the application of the SAW method can produce objective, transparent, and efficient assessments, thereby assisting management in accurately determining high-performing employees. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance work motivation, strengthen the performance appraisal system, and support strategic decision-making within the company environment.
