Abstract

Islam has a perfect concept. The Islamic religion can also feature basic guarantees given to society. Both individually (individuals) and groups (community). Civil society often manifest as an ideal pattern of community life. The most important thing is that in terms of hostorical aspect, Islamic thinkers usually refer to the condition of civil society. For exampl, during the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Governance and social life based on law, equality and tolerance are the main elements of humanity in social life based on law, equality and tolerance are the main elements of humanity in social life. Howefer, it only provides a theoritical framework. Thus, it must be followed by efforts to organization and apply it in the social enviromnment emprically.
