Abstract

Islamic religious education is very important for the lives of future generations. To improve the quality of Islamic education, human resource management is also needed that can be implemented in every educational institution. From this, it can then be understood that there is a relationship between human resource management and Islamic religious education. Linkages occur in improving the quality of education, as well as improving the quality of human resources in the future. These interrelationships have an impact on each other. This paper uses descriptive qualitative methods that will explain various social phenomena, which are supported by theories from several experts who have described this before. This paper focuses on what methods can improve the quality of Islamic education, by improving natural resources and good management in it, which will then produce good results and also the quality of education that will increase in the future. Seeing this, it can be concluded that good human resource management in its implementation can improve the quality of Islamic religious education.
