Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of implementing Islamic religious education management principles on individual character. The research method used is a literature review, by evaluating and identifying the results of previous research. This research explains that the implementation of Islamic religious education management principles can influence individual character. The results of the analysis state that in the process of personality formation, Islamic education management prioritizes the formation of Muslim personality qualities which are expected to be proven in society. Character education can be achieved if it is done correctly and using the right methods.
