Abstract

This article discusses the benefits of fasting against stomach ulcers, explaining how the practice of fasting can have a positive impact on stomach health. By detailing the effects of fasting on the digestive system and stomach acid balance, this article provides in-depth information regarding the relationship between fasting and stomach ulcers. Apart from that, the discussion includes the values ​​of fasting in Islam and the concept of self-control during fasting which can provide protection against gastric disorders. It is hoped that this article will provide useful insights for readers who are interested in understanding more about the link between fasting and efforts to prevent stomach ulcers.
