Abstract

Prayer can be interpreted as the prayer of a servant who is given His grace and guidance. Psychology is a science that studies the soul. The aim of this research is to find out and identify a level of prayer efficiency in a person's psychology. The research method used is through literature review which collects some data from other people's work. Examining a psychological problem using religious intervention, namely prayer. The results of research conducted show a connection between psychology and prayer. This is because prayer is an antidote to individual problems by bringing us closer to Allah SWT. Based on research conducted, the author concludes that from an Islamic perspective, prayer and psychology are related and from prayer the soul within us avoids evil.
