Abstract

The practice of Qailullah or napping in the Islamic Sunnah tradition is an important aspect that reflects a holistic view of health and productivity for daily life. The research method used is a literature study approach, which combines classical Islamic sources and scientific research and involves in-depth analysis of classical Islamic books such as Riyadhus Shalihin and Sahih Bukhari, in line with modern scientific literature which examines the impact of naps on health and productivity. . This research aims to explore the benefits of Qailullah for health and productivity, integrating the perspective of Sunnah traditions with modern scientific findings, to provide a holistic understanding of Qailullah, as well as covering the dimensions of physical, mental health and productivity in everyday life. Selection of literature sources related to aspects of health and productivity from an Islamic perspective is the main focus. The analysis is carried out by comparing and summarizing findings from various literature in order to comprehensively explore the benefits of qailullah. Research results reveal that Qailullah can improve sleep quality, reduce stress levels, and provide the freshness needed to increase productivity. The benefits of Qailullah are not only limited to physical recovery, but also include mental and spiritual aspects, Rasulullah SAW has set an example through his practice, and modern science supports that taking a break in the middle of the day can have a positive impact on cognitive function, emotions and productivity throughout the day.
