Abstract

Sharia management is a financial managerial approach that seeks to achieve organizational goals by complying with Islamic sharia principles. Rooted in the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad, sharia financial management prioritizes principles such as the prohibition of usury, the use of money as potential capital, sharing risks, avoidance of speculative behavior, sanctity of contracts, activities according to sharia, and social justice. The scope of sharia financial management involves various activities, including obtaining funds, using funds, acquiring activities, as well as sharia financial institutions such as banks, capital markets, insurance, and others. These institutions play an important role in facing global economic challenges with an approach based on sharia principles. By implementing these principles, Islamic financial institutions aim to achieve the welfare of society as a whole, prioritizing ethical and moral values ​​in their financial activities. Sharia management forms a solid foundation for a more sustainable and fair economy, ensuring continued social justice as well as sanctity in financial contracts.
