Abstract

The development of Islam from the sultanate and colonial era to the period of independence. The history of the arrival of Islam. To provide an overview of the position of Religious Justice Institutions in Indonesia, you must pay attention to Islamic Law in Indonesia, at least in three important periods, namely, the pre-colonial period, namely the Islamic Sultanate period, the pre-colonial period, namely the Islamic Sultanate period, the Colonization period.
