Abstract

Humans have responsibilities that must be fulfilled on this earth. In carrying out these duties and responsibilities, humans have an obligation to understand the components of the environment, maintain, protect, and preserve nature. Because all human needs come from the existence of nature, starting from food, clothing, shelter, economy, transportation, and others. The existing nature is currently damaged, the damage that occurs is due to the actions of humans who manage nature very greedily without worrying about the negative impacts that will occur in the future. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of humans in preserving nature based on Quranic verses with the aim of explaining the role of humans in preserving nature. based on Quranic verses with the aim of to make humans aware of their role in the natural environment and 'Avoid actions that can harm nature.
