Abstract

Modern life is often full of stress, pressure and anxiety. People often feel stress and pressure from various aspects of life. Mental peace is important to overcome this stress. and the Qur'an can be a medicine to cure individual mental and spiritual illnesses. The method used is a quantitative research method. with the criteria being that the respondent is Muslim and in the age group 17-19 years..
