Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa terhadap passing dalam permainan sepakbola, khususnya siswa kelas VIII A SMP Labschool UNTAD, memotivasi peneliti untuk berupaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada teknik dasar passing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada peningkatan hasil belajar passing melalui metode tutor sebaya dalam permainan sepakbola pada siswa kelas VIII A SMP Labschool UNTAD. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dengan rancangan penelitian menggunakan alur siklus PTK Model Kemmis dan Taggart. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lapangan SMP Labschool UNTAD. Subyek pada penelitian berjumlah 21 orang siswa, yang terdiri dari 12 orang laki-laki, dan 9 orang siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua tahap, yakni: pengumpulan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan dari hasil pra tindakan siswa yang tuntas individu sejumlah 6 orang dengan ketuntasan klasikan 28,57%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan klasikal belum mencapai seperti yang diharapkan, yaitu sebesar 75%. Pada siklus I, siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 11 orang siswa dan ketuntasan klasikal 57,14%. Selanjutnya pada siklus II siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 19 orang siswa dengan ketuntasan klasikan sebesar 90,48%. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan sebesar 28,57% dari hasil belajar sebelum tindakan ke siklus I dan peningkatan sebesar 33,33% dari siklus I ke siklus II.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the Teacher Performance in the process of learning at junior Labschool UNTAD Palu. Who tried to examine to determine the performance of teachers in the learning process. The data analysis was qualitative descriptive  techniques (Miles Huberman), with the number of informants, ie 7 people. The method used in determining the informant is purposive. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The method used is a qualitative research method. The theory performance used T.R. Mitchell covering aspects of quality of work, quantity of work and knowledge work. The results of this research explained that the performance of teachers in the learning process in Junior Labschool UNTAD Palu, yet all goes well. Three aspects were studied, namely the quality of work, quantity of work and knowledge work. One, two sub aspects of quality are competence and thoroughness less runs in accordance with the standards because of inadequate mastery learning technology, mastery of productive sectors and and less careful in choosing teaching methods. Statutes and neatness goes well. Second, while the sub aspects of the quantity of work teachers in working time and the volume of work has been going well, while the sub aspects of labor productivity is still inadequate because of the lack of teacher participation in scientific forums and teachers' lack of scientific papers. Third, sub aspects of knowledge work of teachers in understanding the procedures and methods of work has been going well.
