Abstract

The birth of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage as a legal basis in the implementation of marriage but there are still many problems that occur such as lack of public understanding of the age limit for marriage and marriage registration, economic problems causing child marriage and do not have costs for the administration of marriage registration, and most people think that marriage under religious law alone is sufficient in legalizing the relationship between the two The couple does not need to be recorded in the marriage book. The method of implementing community service activities is in the form of legal counseling on marriage law in Waworaha Village, Soropia District, Konawe Regency. Legal counseling is carried out by conveying directly to the public regarding the norms in the Marriage Law, especially related to the age limit for marriage and marriage registration. The methods used during the process of community service activities include lecture and question and answer methods to explore public knowledge of the material provided. The results of the activity showed that legal counseling can increase the understanding and knowledge of the people of Waworaha Village related to the regulations in Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, especially the provisions for the age limit for marriage and marriage registration aimed at increasing public understanding and knowledge related to the provisions of the age limit for marriage before legal counseling activities are carried out by 50% and after counseling activities are carried out An increase to 90% and an increase in public understanding regarding marriage registration before legal counseling activities were carried out by 50% and after legal counseling activities were carried out also increased by 85% which can be shown by participants' participation in participating in legal counseling activities from the beginning to the end of the activity with questions asked by participants in the question and answer session.

Abstract

The need for land is not only felt by people in urban areas, but also people living on small islands. People who live on small islands that are inhabited and have easy access from the local government center have a fairly high population growth rate which results in their need for land is also getting higher while the available land is very limited and has been used to build houses and other buildings, so they are trying to find solutions to meet their needs for land. One solution is to find land in peripheral areas such as coastal areas. The method used in legal counseling activities with lecture and question and answer methods to explore public knowledge of the material provided. The results of the activity showed that legal counseling can increase the knowledge and understanding of the people of Wawobungi Village related to the policy of granting land rights in coastal areas so that it has an impact on increasing understanding and awareness of community law in terms of regulation of land rights in coastal areas and participants are able to understand and know the policy of granting land rights in coastal areas which can be shown by the participation of participants in Participating in legal counseling activities from the beginning to the end of the activity aimed at the questions asked by participants in the question and answer session.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase the community's understanding and legal awareness regarding the guarantee of legal certainty of land ownership through land registration in Nambo Village, Nambo District, Kendari City so that it can provide certainty and legal protection for land rights holders. The method of implementing this community service activity is held by the method of legal counseling directly in the form of lectures and questions and answers which are carried out face-to-face with the community. Through socialization and counseling involving various elements of society, this activity is expected to be able to provide a deeper understanding of land registration procedures, proof of land ownership and guarantee of legal certainty of land ownership. In addition, efforts are also made to increase public awareness of the importance of the legality of land ownership to avoid conflicts and legal problems in the future. The results of this activity show that there is an increase in public understanding and awareness of the guarantee of legal certainty of land ownership through land registration in Nambo Village, Nambo District, Kendari City, thus encouraging the community to take care of their land certificates officially to obtain guarantees of legal certainty and legal protection for land rights holders.
