Abstract

The construction sector requires implementation approaches that reduce resource consumption and environmental impacts without compromising safety and project performance. This study assesses the level of green construction implementation in the Universitas Triatma Mulya Internasional Construction Project in Badung Regency, Bali, and identifies its strengths and improvement priorities. A quantitative descriptive approach was adopted using field observation, documentation, and a questionnaire administered to 50 purposively selected respondents directly involved in project execution. The instrument comprised 28 items grouped into seven indicators: environmentally responsible material management, energy efficiency, water efficiency, construction waste management, pollution and environmental impact control, occupational health and safety (OHS), and project environmental management. Data were analyzed using mean scores on a five-point Likert scale and converted into implementation indices. The overall mean was 4.18, equivalent to an implementation index of 83.6%, and categorized as high. OHS recorded the highest score (4.46), followed by construction waste management (4.31), whereas water efficiency had the lowest score (3.96). The findings indicate that water conservation, energy efficiency, and measurable environmental performance monitoring should be prioritized to strengthen the consistency of green construction implementation
