Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational learning and knowledge sharing on the performance of employees of PT. Marga Dwitaguna Manado. To find out the extent of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable the researcher used SEM PLS analysis with 53 respondents. The results showed that organizational learning has a significant effect on knowledge sharing, but organizational learning and knowledge sharing have no effect on employee performance. Thus, to improve employee performance, company leaders must look for strategies that are appropriate and in accordance with employees' knowledge needs and accustom them to changing perspectives in gaining knowledge that can be used at work.
