Abstract

The aim of this research is how influential human resource management practices and organizational commitment are on the performance of Siloam Hospital Paal 2 employees. The sampling technique in this research uses a probability sampling technique, while the instrument used in this research uses a Likert scale. The type of data in this research is primary data with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Results of analysis using the SmartPLS 4 application. It can be concluded that human resource management practices and organizational commitment can optimize employee performance. Not only does it have benefits for the company or organization, human resource management practices and organizational commitment can help individuals themselves in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
