Abstract

Handayani General Hospital is a hospital that provides health services, especially in the people of North Lampung. Since its inception until now, the system used in processing employee salaries is still using conventional bookkeeping, so that calculating the employee's salary is still not fast and precise and the validity of the data generated is questionable. To solve this problem, a salary data processing application based on the Visual FoxPro program was designed with the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) design method. This application is designed to help the finance department more easily manage their salary data. The result of this research is an application that can improve the performance of Handayani Hospital staff in managing their salary data. Salary calculation error rate can also be reduced by using this application.
