Abstract

Social media is a website or collection of apps that let users share content with a large number of people worldwide. Strengthening Generation Z adolescents' social media ethics is an urgent need. Notwithstanding the difficulties, social media presents a chance to fortify the morals of the younger Gen Z generation. Using educational technology, enticing youth to actively participate in computer literacy campaigns, and bolstering the role of families and schools as sources of information and assistance are some of these opportunities. Working together with a variety of stakeholders, including parents, educators, the government, and the community, is necessary to shape the social media ethics of Gen Z youth. The younger members of Generation Z can prevent the negative effects of social media by banding together and using it proactively and responsibly.
