Abstract

One of the sub-district government partners is the Rukun Warga Organization (RW) which has a function as a coordinator between residents, a bridge of aspirations between fellow citizens and the local government. and its administrative governance through a survey of 30 Rukun Warga organizations in eleven sub-districts in Depok City. And the results of this research are expected to be an evaluation material for the Rukun Warga organization in Depok City in order to improve performance as local government and service to the community. Another output is that the results of this research will be made in the form of scientific articles so that they are useful for academics and practitioners. Contributing in influencing the formation of consumer perceptions is 4.20%. The results of the hypothesis test show that aroma has an influence on the formation of consumer perceptions. This research shows that aroma can be used as a marketing strategy by stimulating the sense of smell
