Abstract

Employee performance assessment is a very important aspect in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of government organizations. The Bogor Regency Government, one of which is the Regional Revenue Management Agency, has taken a step forward by adopting a website-based Information System (SI) known as SI CANTIK. This system is an information system that has been developed by the Bogor District Government with the main objective of facilitating and improving the employee performance appraisal process. This research has a very specific objective, which is to investigate in depth the employee performance appraisal process carried out by the Regional Revenue Management Board of Bogor Regency through the implementation of SI CANTIK. By focusing on SI CANTIK as the main tool in evaluating employee performance, this study aims to reveal various related aspects such as changes in the evaluation process, the role of technology in optimizing the process, and its impact on the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
