Partner performance Assessment is an essential aspect of maintaining the Quality of goods and services procurement while supporting sustainable collaboration between a company and its vendors. PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) implements a partner performance Assessment system based on multiple weighted evaluation criteria. However, the involvement of more than one evaluator may lead to differences in judgment, potentially affecting the objectivity and consistency of the Assessment results. This study aims to strengthen the partner performance Assessment system through the implementation of the Weighted Scoring Model (WSM) and the Assessment Consistency Index (ACI). The WSM method was used to calculate the final performance scores and rank partners based on the assigned weights and evaluation scores for each criterion, while the ACI was employed to measure the level of consistency between Assessments conducted by the Procurement and Partnership Division (PK) and the User Division (MP). The data were obtained from PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero)'s partner performance Assessment documents for the October 2025 evaluation period. The results indicate that all partners achieved WSM scores ranging from 4.40 to 5.00, placing them in the good to very good performance categories. Furthermore, the ACI value of 1.01 indicates a very high level of consistency between the evaluations conducted by the Procurement and Partnership Division (PK) and the User Division (MP). These findings demonstrate that integrating the WSM and ACI methods enhances the objectivity, transparency, and reliability of the partner performance Assessment system.
