Sendang Kun Gerit is a nature-based tourism destination built around a natural spring, located in Jatibatur Village, Gemolong Subdistrict, Sragen Regency, and visitor numbers there climbed steadily through 2026. That growth in visits, however, has not automatically translated into higher satisfaction, since tourists kept raising concerns about supporting facilities and the condition of access roads to the site. This study set out to measure how tourist attraction, facilities, and accessibility affect visitor satisfaction at the destination, both individually and combined. A quantitative survey design was applied, drawing on 60 respondents selected through accidental sampling among tourists who had already visited the location. Primary data came from a Likert-scale questionnaire, supported by field observation and documentation, then processed through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 30. Classical assumption tests confirmed the model was free from autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity, making it suitable for hypothesis testing. The F test showed that all three variables jointly had a significant effect on tourist satisfaction (F = 115.049, Sig. = 0.000), with the model accounting for 86 percent of the variation in satisfaction (R² = 0.860). Partial testing, though, told a different story, only facilities showed a significant effect (t = 8.920, Sig. = 0.000), while tourist attraction (Sig. = 0.520) and accessibility (Sig. = 0.082) did not reach significance at the 5 percent level. These results point to facilities as the most decisive factor shaping tourist satisfaction at Sendang Kun Gerit, suggesting that improving supporting infrastructure should become the management's main priority going forward.
