The integration of digital technology in education has become an essential strategy for enhancing the quality of learning and students’ scientific literacy. However, many teachers still do not optimally utilize available digital media in classroom instruction. This study aimed to determine the feasibility of Canva-based interactive multimedia for improving scientific literacy in the Grade V elementary school science and social studies subject (IPAS), particularly on the topic “Indonesia’s Rich Biodiversity.” The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach involving the stages of analysis, design, development, and evaluation. The participants consisted of teachers and fifth-grade students from the Diponegoro Cluster Elementary Schools in Colomadu District, Karanganyar Regency. Data were collected through expert validation questionnaires and user response surveys and were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results showed that the average validation scores were 3.71 from language experts, 3.58 from subject-matter experts, and 3.62 from media experts, with an overall feasibility score of 3.64, categorized as very good. Students’ responses indicated that the multimedia was attractive, easy to use, and effective in supporting contextual understanding of scientific concepts. These findings contribute to the development of innovative digital learning media that support scientific literacy in elementary education. Therefore, Canva-based interactive multimedia is considered feasible and effective for use in IPAS learning.
