Abstract

Syarifah Medika Clinic is one of the clinics with one of the offers adequate health services located at JL.Flamboyan II No. 263 GSI, Cirebon Regency. Based on the results of interviews with doctors. The Syarifah Medika Clinic had a complaint from the doctor regarding the shelf he had on the room is too small so when doctors and employees take medicines If the patient feels uncomfortable, they must be in a bent position. Clinic This faces challenges in managing the storage of medicines varies, both in terms of type, dosage and storage conditions necessary. The design of this cupboard takes into account several important factors, such as ergonomic layout, accessibility, and temperature control systems and optimal humidity. The methods used include literature study, analysis clinical needs, as well as testing prototype designs. The research results show that storage cabinets are designed with a modular shelving system and controls environment can improve the work efficiency of medical staff and maintain quality drugs. Thus, the design of this medicine storage cabinet make a significant contribution to improving health services in Syarifah Medika Clinic. This research method uses qualitative methods through a case study approach, accompanied by SCAMPER as a method the planning.
