Abstract

Masuknya masyarakat ke dalam era modernisasi, menyebabkan perubahan-perubahan pola pikir dan sikap masyarakat. Perubahan pola pikir dan sikap masyarakat ini memberikan dampak negatif seperti tumbuhnya sikap individualistik pada masyarakat. Sikap individualistik ini akhirnya akan terbawa sampai pada keluarga khususnya keluarga yang memiliki anggota keluarga lanjut usia, dimana masing-masing individu cenderung memerhatikan kesibukannya dan tidak sempat membagi waktu dengan anggota keluarganya yang sudah lanjut usia. terdapat banyak kasus pada penduduk lanjut usia, ketika mereka pensiun dari pekerjaannya, berhenti melakukan aktifitas yang biasa dilakukannya mereka kehilangan jati dirinya. Bangunan seperti hunian untuk lanjut usia masih susah ditemui di Indonesia, karena pada umumnya di Indonesia penduduk lanjut usia ditempatkan di panti sosial seperti panti jompo. Namun berbicara mengenai panti jompo, masyarakat Indonesia cenderung beranggapan bahwa panti jompo merupakan tempat dimana suatu keluarga menelantarkan anggota keluarganya yang sudah berusia lanjut. Panti jompo di anggap tempat tinggal dimana penduduk berusia lanjut yang telah mengalami penurunan kesehatan tinggal. Untuk itu diperlukan rancangan Rumah Produktif Lanjut Usia yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai hunian, namun juga sebagai tempat bersosialisasi dan tempat untuk mempelajari hal baru bagi penduduk lanjut usia. Selain itu juga berfungsi sebagai tempat penduduk lanjut usia dapat bernostalgia dan mengikuti perkembangan masa. Kata kunci: Rumah Produktif, Lansia, Arsitektur

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the demand for broiler chicken meat in Bengkayang Regency. This study uses the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model in the multiple linear regression analysis method. Using annual data from 2019 to 2023. The results showed that the price of broiler meat, household income, the number of dependents and the price of tilapia simultaneously affect the demand for broiler chicken. The factor that influences the demand for broiler chicken meat in Bengkayang Regency is household income. Where household income with a significant value of 0.042 (<0.05) with a positive coefficient of 1.421, meaning that household income has a positive effect on the demand for broiler chickens. And the factor that most influences the demand for broiler chicken meat in Bengkayang Regency is the household income variable. Where a positive coefficient value indicates that the high income of an individual will tend to increase consumption expenditure or demand for broiler meat.

Abstract

Financial report is a summary of the corporate business transaction that indicates conditions or financial position at any given moment. The information contained in the financial statements utilized by users for taking decisions, so there is no confusion in taking decisions by investors, the financial statements must be qualified. A quality financial reports is a report containing figures which have informa-tiveness of accounting number that is helpful for the users to make decisions. Any doubts the quality of the financial statements due to the possibility of modifications to the figures in the financial statements which could lead to investors is wrong in taking investment decisions. This study aims to test empirically regarding the influence of the structure of ownership of the firm, corporate governance and the closely related party transactions against the accounting information resource Design research is quantitative research with manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2009-2011 as research objects. The technique was purposive sam-pling. Data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The result showed that the ownership structure consisting of con-centrated ownership structure positive significant to control the informativeness of accounting number but family control did not in-fluence significantly to the informativeness of accounting number. Corporate governance consisting of independent commissioner and audit comitte have no impact on the informativeness of accounting number. the closely related party transactions have no impact against the informativeness of accounting number.
