Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and communication on employee performance at the Central Java Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Center. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The study population consists of all 211 employees at the Central Java Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Office. A purposive sampling technique was used, yielding 129 valid data points for analysis. Data analysis employed regression analysis using PLS-SEM software via the SmartPLS 3 application.
