<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine the implementation of the Discovery Learning model in improving the learning process and learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in Indonesian Language learning at SD Negeri 060/II Muara Bungo. This study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR), which was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two meetings. Each cycle included the stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 22 fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 060/II Muara Bungo. Data were collected through observation, learning outcome tests, and documentation. The research instruments consisted of teacher activity observation sheets, student learning activity observation sheets, and cognitive learning outcome tests. The results showed that the implementation of the Discovery Learning model improved the learning process and learning outcomes of students. Teacher activity increased from 70% in Cycle I Meeting I to 80% in Meeting II, then increased to 85% in Cycle II Meeting I and reached 100% in Meeting II. Student learning activity also showed improvement. In Cycle I Meeting I, 68.18% of students were categorized as good and 31.82% as fairly good. In Cycle II Meeting II, 86.36% of students were categorized as very good and 13.64% as good, with no students categorized as fairly good or poor. Regarding learning outcomes, the percentage of students achieving the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP) of 75 increased from 27.27% in Cycle I to 90.90% in Cycle II.
