This study aims to analyze the effect of Service Quality and Waiting Time on Public Satisfaction at the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service in Tangerang. The study was motivated by several challenges in public service delivery, including unclear service information, suboptimal responsiveness of service officers, and relatively long waiting times, which may affect the level of public satisfaction. This research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive and verificative approach. The population consisted of members of the public who received services at the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service, with a sample of 100 respondents determined through a saturated sampling technique, in which the entire population was used as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Public Satisfaction, with a t-value of 7.352 and a significance value of 0.000. Waiting Time also has a positive and significant effect on Public Satisfaction, with a t-value of 4.150 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, Service Quality and Waiting Time have a positive and significant effect on Public Satisfaction, with an F-value of 822.234 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.966 indicates that the two variables explain 96.6% of the variation in Public Satisfaction, while the remaining 3.4% is influenced by other factors outside this study.
