UD Berkahmart currently faces challenges with the effectiveness and efficiency of its store operations. The owner UD Berkahmart uses a non-computerized management system. This results in inefficient service and a high risk of calculation errors. In addition, there are issues with the validity of inventory data, the risk of data corruption in the general ledger, and difficulties in monitoring financial reports in real-time. A web-based store information and management system is designed to assist the owner of UD Berkahmart in creating effective, efficient store operations that generate valid data. This is based on a Research and Development (R&D) approach, following the systematic stages of the Borg and Gall model. To enhance research efficiency, the ten development steps were organized into six phases: preliminary study analysis, planning, product development, initial design evaluation, product refinement, and final testing. The system was developed using PHP, HTML, Javascript, a MySQL database, and Laragon as the local development environment. Expert validation results indicated a feasibility score of 3,9, while the owner of UD Berkahmart gave a score of 3,4. Based on test results from Black-Box Testing of 10 system functionalities, all tests were declared successful, achieving a 100% succes rate. This system has proven capable of integrating all transactions and inventory management into accurate digital reports. Implementing this system makes it easier for the owner of UD Berkahmart Semarang to monitor store operations and accelerate decision-making by presenting more transparent data.
