Abstract

PT Radhika Narya Daruna still faces problems in providing product information services manually through WhatsApp, resulting in inefficient customer service processes and product information that does not always match the actual database conditions. This study aims to implement workflow automation using the n8n platform to support real-time data synchronization in a coconut product catalog chatbot system. The system was developed using the Prototype method with Flutter as the mobile application interface, Supabase as the database, and an Ollama-based Large Language Model (LLM) to generate chatbot responses automatically. The n8n platform acts as middleware to manage system integration and data exchange processes. The results show that the chatbot system is able to provide product information automatically, quickly, and according to the latest database conditions. Based on Black-box Testing and Human Evaluation, the system operates properly and generates relevant chatbot responses
