Assessment in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education (PAI and Budi Pekerti) continues to face challenges in encouraging students to participate actively during assessment activities. Conventional assessment practices may provide limited interaction, making digital media such as Quizizz an alternative for creating more engaging and interactive assessment experiences. This study aims to examine the effect of Quizizz use on students’ interest in assessment in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education at KY Ageng Giri Junior High School. This study employed a quantitative approach using simple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of 35 students. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure Quizizz use and students’ interest in assessment. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression with the assistance of Jamovi software. The results showed that Quizizz use had a positive and statistically significant effect on students’ interest in assessment, with a significance value of p < 0.001 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.617. This finding indicates that Quizizz use explained 61.7% of the variance in students’ interest in assessment, while the remaining 38.3% was associated with other factors outside the scope of this study. The t-test produced a t-value of 7.293 with p < 0.001, indicating a statistically significant effect. These findings indicate that Quizizz can function as an interactive digital assessment medium that supports students’ interest and participation in PAI and Budi Pekerti assessment activities. Its interactive format can facilitate active involvement and make assessment activities appealing to students
