Abstract

This research aims to find out whether work motivation from an Islamic perspective has an influence on employee loyalty at PT.Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Bedagas Pungging Mojokerto. This in important because with this research PT.Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur can find out whether work motivation variables can have a significant effect on employee loyalty. This type of research is quantitative research. The research respondents were 40 employees at PT.Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Bedagas Pungging Mojokerto. The research results show that the percentage of work motivation variables is in the very good category, while the employee loyalty variable is also in the very good category. So this research can be concluded that the work motivation hypothesis (H1) has an effect and the null hypothesis (Ho) has no effect. So this research can be concluded that the work motivation hypothesis (H1) has an effect and the null hypothesis (Ho) han no effect. It can be seen that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty from an Islamic perspective at PT.Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Bedagas Pungging Mojokerto. So companies are advised to maintain and increase employee loyalty
