Abstract

This research aims to design and build a web-based information system for archiving transfer letters and account blocking at the Directorate of Money Laundering (TPPU) of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN). The underlying problem is that the archiving process is still carried out manually using spreadsheets and separate computer folders, resulting in suboptimal document retrieval, summary compilation, and access security controls. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was built using native PHP, MySQL, MySQLi, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Key features include user login, dashboard, management of transfer letter and account blocking data, PDF document upload, archive search, letter details, access log recording, data summaries, report export to Excel, and management of user, bank, and officer data. The results indicate that the developed system can help make the archiving process more centralized, structured, and easily traceable. The system also supports separate access rights, accelerates data searches, facilitates report preparation, and reduces the risk of data loss or duplication. Therefore, this information system can be a solution to support investigation administration at the National Narcotics Agency's (BNN) Money Laundering (TPPU) Directorate.
