Abstract

This study examines the influence of Work-Life Balance, job stress, and work motivation on the job satisfaction of Generation Z employees in Periuk District, Tangerang City. The research is motivated by the increasing importance of employee well-being, high job demands, and the distinctive characteristics of Generation Z, who place greater emphasis on Work-Life Balance and job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the individual and simultaneous effects of Work-Life Balance, job stress, and work motivation on job satisfaction. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to Generation Z employees aged 18–28 years. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and an F-test. The findings reveal that Work-Life Balance, job stress, and work motivation each have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, the three variables simultaneously have a significant influence on the job satisfaction of Generation Z employees. These findings highlight the importance of promoting a balanced work and personal life, managing job-related stress effectively, and strengthening employee motivation. The study provides practical implications for organizations in developing human resource policies that support the well-being, productivity, and loyalty of Generation Z employees
