Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how employee job satisfaction at PT. Trakindo Utama Component Rebuild Center (CRC) in Balikpapan City is impacted by motivation, organizational culture, and work environment. For this study, a sample of 60 employees in the Service Support section was used. A questionnaire was used to collect data, and SmartPLS was used to test the correlation between variables. According to the study's findings, job satisfaction is positively impacted by motivation, suggesting that raising motivation might boost worker job satisfaction. Nonetheless, the work environment and corporate culture have been shown to negatively affect job satisfaction, indicating that these factors have the potential to decrease job satisfaction if not handled properly These findings provide direction to the management at PT. Trakindo Utama CRC on how to improve job satisfaction by increasing employee motivation and strengthening the workplace culture and environment.
