The rapid development of information technology requires organizations to have an integrated and efficient service system to support service quality. AHASS Sahabat Motor Workshop has implemented the Workshop Management System (WMS) application for its motorcycle repair services; however, several issues still persist, such as single-device access limitations, the absence of online queueing or service booking features, and suboptimal information integration across departments. These conditions lead to workflow bottlenecks and reduced service efficiency, especially during peak operational hours. This study aims to analyze the current service system and design a more effective and integrated proposed system. System analysis was conducted using the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) approaches to identify weaknesses in visual layout, navigation, interaction flow, and operational efficiency. Furthermore, business process modeling was performed using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to map the current (As-Is) and proposed (To-Be) system conditions. The system design followed the Waterfall method, covering requirements analysis, system design, design implementation, and testing. The results indicate that the UI/UX approach successfully identifies issues in navigation structures, system access limitations, and suboptimal service workflows. The BPMN modeling effectively maps the business processes in a structured manner and pinpoints bottleneck areas in the current system. The proposed network-based system design, which supports multi-user access and the integration of online queueing features, enhances information integration, accelerates service flows, and improves service status transparency. Consequently, the proposed system is expected to improve operational efficiency and service quality at AHASS Sahabat Motor Workshop.
