Abstract

Digital transformation has strengthened the role of village websites in providing public information and administrative services. Sukamahi Village, Sukaratu District, Tasikmalaya Regency, has an OpenSID-based website, but its utilization remained limited, content updates were irregular, and promotion of local MSME products was still minimal. This community service program aimed to optimize the Sukamahi Village website for public services and MSME product promotion to support local economic development. The program used a participatory approach through five stages: preparation, socialization and outreach, website optimization, mentoring, and evaluation. Activities were conducted from June 17 to July 11, 2026, involving village officials, website administrators, Karang Taruna, MSME actors, and community representatives. The results showed improved and expanded public information content, 23 administrative service requests through the Self-Service feature during the mentoring period, and an increase in MSME products displayed on the website from 2 to 11. Karang Taruna also assisted community members and MSME actors in using the website. These findings indicate that technical optimization combined with participatory mentoring can strengthen the utilization and sustainability of village websites for digital public services and local economic promotion.
