Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged various sectors, including the pharmaceutical sector, to implement information systems to increase operational effectiveness and efficiency. Silvi Farma Pharmacy has used a tablet-based digital system in managing drug data and sales transactions, but there are still several obstacles such as transaction calculation errors, slow loading processes, stock management that is not optimal, and an interface that does not support user comfort. This research aims to design and build a web-based drug sales recap application that is able to help manage drug data, sales transactions, prescription data, and report preparation in an integrated manner. The research method used is a descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The development of the system uses the Waterfall method, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is built using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and the Bootstrap framework. The results of the study show that the application built is able to simplify the management of drug data, speed up the sales transaction process, generate reports automatically, and help monitor drug stock more accurately. The system also applies user access rights based on admin and owner roles so that data security is more guaranteed
