Abstract

Bidan Nining's Clinic faces challenges with manual and subjective scheduling for pregnant women's home visits, risking suboptimal patient care. This research aimed to develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) to solve this problem by implementing the TOPSIS method. This method ranks priorities based on the criteria of Medical Condition, Urgency, and Patient Location. The research results, which are the main focus of this abstract, show that the developed system successfully provides a platform that objectively generates a priority order for visits, assisting midwives in making more efficient and targeted decisions.
