Abstract

This research delves into the impact of citizens' self-image on their participation in civic activities through a psychological approach. The aim is to gain a profound understanding of the interconnection between individuals' perceptions of their self-image and the level of engagement in civic activities. By employing psychological research methods, such as self-perception and motivation analysis, this study elucidates the complex influence of psychological aspects on citizens' involvement in civic activities. The findings offer significant insights into how individual psychological factors can shape attitudes and behaviors in the context of citizenship. The implications of this research are crucial for the development of policies and intervention approaches aimed at enhancing active citizenship participation.
