Abstract

This study examined the influence of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on Behavioral Intention to use the Timezone Fun application among customers of Timezone Margocity Depok using the Technology Acceptance Model. A quantitative survey design was employed with 120 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through a five-point Likert questionnaire and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 27 through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that Perceived Ease of Use had a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention (B = 0.453; t = 5.719; p < 0.001), while Perceived Usefulness also had a positive and significant effect (B = 0.563; t = 7.167; p < 0.001). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influenced Behavioral Intention (F = 241.325; p < 0.001). The Adjusted R Square of 0.802 indicated that 80.2% of behavioral intention was explained by the two predictors. These findings confirm the relevance of TAM for digital entertainment applications and highlight the importance of usability and functional value in strengthening customer usage intentions.
