Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of work motivation, communication and work engagement on the performance of permanent employees at CV. Kompen Entertainment Pekanbaru. The population in this study consisted of 45 permanent employees. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, resulting in a sample size of 45 employees. The data analysis method employed in this study was multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results of the study indicated that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation, communication, and work engagement simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
