Abstrack Exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Indonesia remains low due to delayed milk production on the first to third days postpartum. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of oxytocin massage in increasing breast milk production among postpartum mothers with ineffective breastfeeding at Sa-riningsih Hospital Bandung. The method used was a pre-experimental study with a One Group Pre-test and Post-test design involving 10 postpartum mothers from day 1 to day 3. Data were collected using a breast milk fluency questionnaire before and after the intervention, which was administered twice daily for three days. The results showed that before the intervention (pre-test), all respondents (100%) were in the "not smooth" category with a group mean score of 2.80. Following the oxytocin massage (post-test), a significant improvement occurred where 90% of respondents shifted to the "smooth" category, with the mean score rising to 7.40 (an increase of 4.60 points). In conclusion, the application of oxytocin massage is proven to be highly effective in stimulating milk ejection and re-solving ineffective breastfeeding issues.
