Abstract

This community service activity aimed to assist the implementation of Posyandu services and Free Health Check-ups (CKG) for toddlers, pregnant women, and older adults in Duren Village, Gading District, Probolinggo Regency, while providing health education on the prevention of stunting, hypertension, and diabetes mellitus. The method employed was participatory assistance, which included coordination with Posyandu cadres and the village government, the implementation of health services, health education through brochures, free health check-ups at the village hall, and door-to-door visits for residents who were unable to attend the main activities. Evaluation was conducted through observation and documentation throughout the program implementation. The results showed that the community responded positively and enthusiastically to the Posyandu services, health education, and health examinations provided. Collaboration among community service students, Posyandu cadres, health workers, and the village government proved effective in improving the coverage of basic health services in Duren Village. This activity is expected to strengthen promotive and preventive efforts in preventing stunting and non-communicable diseases, while increasing public awareness of the importance of regular health check-ups as an initial step toward achieving better community health..
