Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities and work loyalty on teacher performance at MAS AW 68 Pematang Guntung. The research method employed is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of 17 respondents. The regression analysis produced the equation Y = 12.699 – 0.081X₁ + 0.822X₂. The facility variable showed a negative but insignificant effect on performance, while work loyalty demonstrated a positive and significant effect. This indicates that increasing work loyalty significantly improves teacher performance, whereas facilities do not have a statistically significant impact. Partially, only work loyalty has a significant effect on performance, while facilities do not. However, simultaneously, both independent variables (facilities and work loyalty) significantly influence teacher performance. The regression model explains 60.4% of the variation in performance, while 39.6% is influenced by other factors outside this study. The findings imply the need for evaluation and improvement of school facilities, such as updating learning technology, providing up-to-date teaching materials, and improving the physical classroom environment. Since work loyalty has proven to be significant, schools are advised to design programs that foster teacher loyalty, including career development, recognition for outstanding teachers, and team-building activities. Innovative training on teaching methods and the use of technology is also recommended. Routine teacher performance evaluations with measurable indicators should be conducted to support quality improvement policies.
