Abstract

Employee performance plays a strategic role in determining the sustainability and competitiveness of service companies. Differences in employees’ work performance are often influenced by internal organizational conditions, particularly work discipline, job satisfaction, and work motivation. This study examines the role of work discipline, job satisfaction, and work enthusiasm on the performance of Denpasar technicians through a survey-based quantitative design. All 40 employees were surveyed using a census technique. Questionnaire data were analyzed using multiple linear regression after meeting the prerequisites of statistical assumptions. The analysis results confirm that these three factors contribute positively and significantly to performance, affirming that work performance is influenced not only by technical competence but also by attitude, affective evaluation of the job, and internal motivation. The implication is that organizations need to manage these three aspects in an integrated manner to maintain sustainable performance improvement.
