Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk during the 2021–2025 period based on liquidity, solvency, profitability, activity, and valuation ratios. The study employed a quantitative descriptive method using a financial ratio analysis approach. The data consisted of secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the company's official website. The analysis covered the statement of financial position, statement of profit or loss, statement of changes in equity, and statement of cash flows for the study period. The findings indicate that the company's financial performance fluctuated throughout 2021–2025. Liquidity ratios reflected relatively weak short-term financial capability, suggesting the need to improve the company's ability to meet its current obligations. Solvency ratios indicated a relatively high level of debt utilization, although the company's ability to cover interest expenses remained adequate. Profitability ratios declined during several years, indicating a decrease in the company's ability to generate profits. In terms of activity ratios, receivables management improved, while inventory and total asset utilization still require greater efficiency. Meanwhile, valuation ratios fluctuated, reflecting changes in investor perceptions of the company's value. Overall, PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk has maintained its operational sustainability; however, improvements in asset management efficiency, debt control, profitability enhancement, and investor confidence are essential to achieve sustainable financial performance.
