Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the Influence of Leadership and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of PT UAM Supplies Indonesia Cikarang Pusat. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with SPSS 22 analysis tools. The population and sample of this study are employees of PT UAM Supplies Indonesia. The results of the study show that partially, leadership has an effect on improving employee performance, as well as high work motivation. When these two factors are combined (simultaneously), the influence is stronger in encouraging the improvement of employee performance. These findings confirm that good leadership and high work motivation can be one of the strategies in improving employee performance factors at PT UAM Supplies Indonesia Cikarang Pusat.
