Abstract

The era of digitalization has made massive changes in various aspects of life. The digital era has also made all activities change uncharacteristically. One of them is diplomacy, now diplomacy has shifted to digital diplomacy or better known as digital diplomacy. This article aims to analyze how transformations in communication and diplomacy between nations occur along with the advancement of digital technology. Through an analysis of books and journals, this article illustrates the role of digital diplomacy in improving the efficiency, accessibility, and impact of diplomacy in international relations. This article will identify the influence of social media, digital platforms, and other communication technologies in shaping the dynamics of modern diplomacy. This article also discusses the challenges and opportunities faced in digital diplomacy.
